Can I return my order? And how can I make a return?
Would you like to return your order for a refund or replacement? No worries! We have an easy return policy. Just email us at soeurellebe@hotmail.com with your order number, item(s) to return and reason for returning & we will set up a return for you.

 

You can return your order within 14 days, provided your order meets the following conditions:

- the items are unused and in the original packaging,

- we do not accept returns of some items, such as earrings for hygiene reasons,

- items on sale cannot be returned,

- return costs are for your own account.

 

Pay attention: Sœurelle has the right to decline any returns.

 

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer standard exchanges. Our advice is therefore to place a new order!
